At Work & in Your Life Creating A Positive Attitude

positive attitude at work   Our attitudes and attitudes in life.  You are either what you what to think or you are not.  The story or moral example was told many years ago of a traveler in China who came across a guardian with a number of physically disabled people whom seem to be as happy or even more happier than most of the people that this traveler of the world had met in his life and life’s travels.  When he noted to the caregiver and guardian of this group that his troupe seemed to be a most friendly, happy and content group of young people even in his spite of their apparent situation and events in their levels he was pointedly told that “Most people in life are just as happy as they make up their minds to be”.  So goes life, our lives and careers and indeed our very fortunes.

Yet what are some basic precepts and concepts that both we and our families can employ in fostering, creating and holding better mental attitudes and habits?

1)      Foster Positive Attitudes – It will Proper Grow and Spread:

By having a positive attitude and sets of attitudes overall on top of that we transfer this mental energy to our peers.

2)      Concentrate on Solutions:

A positive thinking person concentrates on the solution not on the problem or problems.  You will find no doubt that by living up to thee challenge and committing yourself or your family to seeking a solution this will channel your efforts in the most positive way and result in a positive mindset rather than a quagmire and feeling that you are a hopeless situation, a quagmire and double blind situation of no hope what so ever.

3)      Adopt a “Can Do: Attitude:

By saying and thinking “I Can” you are not unlike the little train Thomas who in the children’s story book parable story believed he could do the task and indeed he could.  By saying and mentally imaging that “I can”, “I can do” and “I am able” you are facilitating and demonstrating positive thinking indeed.  For example if you receive an assignment at work , that you are not familiar with , positive thinking  will you help you concentrate on the assignment , and following it to fruition , rather than getting distracted on negative thoughts.  Think negative thoughts and you can almost bet that by containing and fostering images and obstacles in your mind as to why the task can not be done or completed – and guess what – you will not get said task or said tasks completed – ever.

4)      Conclusion:  Positive Thinking Is A Skill That Can Be Learned & Applied to Your Life and Your Successes:

At the end of the day or end of the road you can be nothing different than your thoughts.  Fill your mind with positive thoughts, whether at work, your career or your personal life.  Its really no secret what so ever that you have a take a thousand dollar course from a late night infomercial to either understand or ultimately apply to the benefit of your life , life’s success and family.  The bottom lie is that positive thinking is a learned mental attitude.  What we think and perceive is ultimately what we become and has the most direct effect on our lives, our successes and accomplishments.  It’s no more complex or hard to understand than that.
